In the Name of ALLAH

In the US District Court For the Eastern District of
     Virginia Alexandria Division

     Zacarias Moussaoui v US No 01 455 A
            Muslim Godless government.

([word nc]) Motion to force the so call counsel* and standby
government lawyer to hand over defense production and
material produce before my installation as Pro Se on June 13

ALLAH U AKBAR. Despite being install as Pro Se (Self
Defence) this court has fail to order McMahon and Federal
Public Defender to hand over defense production and
material. This is a concerted effort to deny me knowledge of
favorable evidence that will oblige the government to
withdraw the entire case. The: "I heard you were going on
Jihad (Holy War)" conversation (dated 08/18/00) between AL
ATTAS and the Imam of Norman Mosque, classified on June 1
2002 as Secret is a good example on how evidence are hidden
by the standby lawyer, government with the tacite (ALLAH
know best) understanding of Leonie Brinkema DJ.

All defense Material and production produce Before June 13
2002 must be handed over to the Court Clerk for
"independent" inventory and then send by this court to me.

This court know for a long time (22 April 02) that I do not
take any mail or contact from her standby lawyer. This is
necessary to prevent any false claim of relation between
these death [word nc] under cover government appointee.

As Pro Se I am entitled to these production and material.
Under the rule standby are only here for protocol and
procedure not for "strategy" (as L Brinkema wrote in her
order). But in this case there is no rule of law except
"Lets get the matter over quickly" "Lets get Zacarias
     Moussaoui over quickly."

     Slave of ALLAH

     /s/ Zacarias Moussaoui
