Victims of Attempted Hi-Tech Corporate Espionage Paradigm Advanced Technology, Inc. (PRAV) Faces Litigation LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1998--At a meeting held on Feb. 22, 1998, between corporate representatives of Laguna Niguel, Calif.-based GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. and Paradigm Advanced Technology [OTC BB:PRAV - news] Inc. (PRAV) of Canada, GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. commissioned Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV) to manufacture the GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. proprietary Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) remote personal tracking device demonstration units, done so under full Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition agreements. Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV) has been in research and development of a wireless device, which employs methods to transmit personal medical statistics to a remote location. GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. has been in research and development, over the last three (3) years, of a miniaturized, personal GPS tracking device, which can pinpoint a persons exact location coordinates and transmit the same to the GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. U.S. based Command Center. Subsequent to this meeting, GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. issued a Purchase Order to Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV), along with specific, detailed specifications and designs. After numerous delays by Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV) in finalizing the complete manufacturing agreement, GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. found it necessary to pursue other manufacturing options. Even after the time delays, created by Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV), GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. began shipping the world's first personal satellite tracking device demonstration units during the week of May 11, 1998. Shortly after this ground breaking product shipment GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. learned of a penetration of its marketing representatives by Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV). Contrary to the Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition agreements, Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV) solicited several of the GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. vice presidents to assist them in the marketing and production of the GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. proprietary product line under the Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV) label according to GlobalTrak International. Upon learning of this conspiracy GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. took quick and decisive measures by immediately terminating the internal co-conspirators and through the GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. Legal Department (http://www.kidtrak.com/legal.htm) has warned David Kerzner, president and CEO of Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV), to cease and desist any and all production of any product to the design which GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. provided under a Non-Disclosure agreement signed by Kerzner, according to GlobalTrak International. Any additional companies, firms, or individuals who, through Paradigm Advanced Technology Inc. (PRAV), attempt to market or produce the GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp. proprietary GPS tracking device designs will also be included in any pending litigation, according to GlobalTrak International. GlobalTrak(TM) International Corp., developers of the world's first line of personal satellite tracking devices will soon be announcing its Initial Public Offering (IPO). -- KidTrak(TM)-provides a solution to locating missing, lost, and abducted children instantly. -- SeniorTrak(TM)-senior citizens and elderly suffering with Alzheimer's or other memory infecting disease. -- PetTrak(TM)-our lost animal companions, racehorses, livestock, will always be found. -- ExecuTrak(TM)-for the important executive on the go. -- Bodyguard(TM)-women can have peace of mind while traveling alone. -- KarTrak(TM)-recovering stolen vehicles within minutes.
