-------------------

7:15 - 7:30 Departure for the Novotel.

7:30 Buffet dinner.

Tuesday Morning: Security Proofs for QKD.

Airport Information

There are three airports close to NECI, Princeton. The best choice is Newark airport located 45 miles from NECI. The information for local transportation (next point) is only provided for this airport. An alternative is Philadelphia airport which is approximately the same distance, but we don't have any information for local transportation. A third choice which is less recommended because of the driving distance and traffic is JFK airport.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Local Transportation from the airport to the Novotel

Airporter

You can access their website: http://www.goairporter.com/novotel.html. You must reserve in advance at 1-800-385-4000. The last bus leave Newark airport at 10:15 PM. The approximate cost is $21 USD + Tip one way.

Limo from the airport to the Novotel

A1 Limousine Phone # 609-952-0070. The approximate cost is $90 USD one way.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Local Transportation during the workshop

Transportation between NECI and the Novotel for those participants without a car has been arranged.  The Novotel courtesy shuttle will handle all the transportation between Novotel/NECI/Nassau Inn for the Workshop sessions.  It will depart the Novotel each morning at 8:45 AM for the short drive to NECI. If you prefer, it is a very quick walk from the Novotel to NECI, approximately 5-10 minutes.

For transportation other than to and from the Workshop, the availability of the courtesy shuttle service is dependent on the timing and the size of the group.  Please inquire at the Novotel front desk if you are interested in making transportation arrangements.

To supplement this service, the courtesy of participants with a car to assist those without a car will be appreciated.  The other option of course, would be a local taxi service, numbers for which will be made available.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sunday evening gathering

For those who arrive sunday evening, there will be a small gathering on December 12. Please join us anytime between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 PM in the Novotel's Paris/London Room for conversation and light refreshments.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reimbursement

Except for lunches and dinners provided at the workshop, all expenses (hotels, etc) are to be paid by the participants unless a specific arrangement has been made.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Poster Presentations

We have interesting poster presentations. If you have a poster that you would like to present please send an e-mail to Dominic Mayers <mayers@research.nj.nec> .com with title and abstract. Poster presentations should help to establish contact with newcomers in the field! It doesn't have to be a recent result.
