These are the final two pages of text of NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92, Compromising Emanations Laboratory Test Requirements, Electromagnetics obtained from the National Security Agency by FOIA request. It provides the distribution list for the document, and appears to include every principal military department and civilian agency of the Executive Branch, some not readily identifiable.
